i don't know whether these people tried for AAROGYASRI HELP
IN AAROGYASRI SCHEME 2 LAK RUPEES ARE COVERED FOR FAMILY FOR AN YEAR  TO PEOPLE WHO HOLD WHITE CARD

in a case if the person does not have a white card and is economically weak , he can contact CHEIF MINISTER CAMP OFFICE , and he can get a letter to avail this amount
which is called CMCO letter which is valid and they will release the amount of money required for the surgery and after cost

You can also contact BABU AHMED IAS , CEO AAROGYASRI at jubliee hill near durgam cheruvu
as i have seen many people doing this it would be really helpfull to them
and in AAROGYASRI  i have many contacts and i can speak to them if they can get CMCO letter and apply for insurance
