Serious reply only: one of my friend did this --- He landed and learned that a case is filed (lucky for him, the SI called their family to let them know - probably to extract some money). He took the next flight to china from airport (yes china as that's the next international flight) and escaped. HIs family is not that fortunate - they were arrested. 

Warrent issue ina no problem as long as lookout notice is issues at airports.. mostly e cases lo antha varaaku vellaru

Sorrry to hear that, 

assuming fir is already filed, He has to appoint best defense lawyer and fight for quashing the fir+charge sheet. If proven not guilty then he can file cheating reverse case on her in that same court. Running away may not solve the problem.

After seeing this my suggestion is get a kantri lawyer do not look for someone whio is straight forward.. he just drags the case..
