Bro...lamb in this  countriy is not good.. it  smells and too much fat with no taste .. andukey baby goat ki preference ikkada

i will try lamb this time…because all these days i made different dishes with goat meat…like gongura mutton , dosakaya mutton, mango mutton..etc

i will try some experiment with different meat…

Dasari anna... sooper question which needs a detailed debate. But all discussed already. Some take aways which I vouch:

1. Costco is not a good option - bulk purchase resulting in more wastage & less taste afterwards - leading to high cost even though Tagged price is lower

2. Goat chops are really good if you cook on Grilled pan or open-air grilling. Make sure you marinate overnight.

3. NO - to Andhra style cooking of lamb or goat chops.

we always buy lamb chops a day in advance and marinate them and put in fridge whole night

next evening ki barbeque ki ek dam untayi chops.
