Baboru doing the same in Andhra. Same tactics slightly modified. RO certification was mandatory all these years, why relax all of a sudden? 

Still, Jagan has a big edge as most voting was in person unlike Covid election in US and the postal ballots in Andhra are at 1-1.5%. He may loose some more right seats but would still retain power.

California lo ayyunte avvochu. The fact that u chose to speak abt US election tells you have no idea how elections work here. It CA 55 seats goes to democrats regardless. No such incidents happened in swing states like MI, PA, GA, AZ.... Jaffas kuda same strategy follow avvalanukunte... aa prabhuvu deevenalu, no one else can help!

Vyavasthalani manage cheyyadam is the key here. He's doing something similar this time. Form 13 A not certifying reason for postal ballots not certified by RO is suspicious. Except outright TDP pro votes in postal ballots. Generally speaking postal ballots will reflect the same voting trend as normal voting.but this will not be a case this time. Some tight constituencies may title because of this.

 

Just wondering why they have a different precedent for Andhra. I am not surprised with the extent CBN can go to manage the systems. People who have been saying BJP alliance is a disaster will acknowledge how they needed BJP to survive this election.

This is what Tammulu call Baboru CHAKRALU THIPPATAM. But the silver lining is postal ballots are only 1-1.5 % of total polled votes, unlike US where they're 66 + million. Most of the voters in Andhra went to booths to poll. Which is why even though there is some damage, Jagan will still manage a victory. 

But Baboru math is on the mark. He is looking at the poll math from 2014 election where Jagan secured 45% vote. So, his strategy is to make sure he gains extra vote through alliance,  and use his paleru to split young gen Z votes plus use Sharmila to split Jagan core voting block. Use postal ballots on top of that to consolidate victory 

But Baboru misses one thing. He thinks for this to work exactly as expected, him and Kootami needs to secure near identical percentage votes from 2014, which I think will not be happening.

Surprised even High Court and Supreme Court didn’t order EC on this. Hope this won’t be the difference for the change in Governments. Vinasakaale Vipareetha Buddhi antaru. EC is going to extreme levels in AP to help the alliance. They did their part before and during the day of elections. But even for counting is unacceptable to set a different precedent than the entire nation.

US lo postal ballots are for normal citizens...anyone who wishes to use it can use them...Also, as the name suggests, they can be posted by mail...

On the other hand, India lo postal ballots are for staff who do duty on election day....despite the name being postal ballot, people have to actually go to a polling centre to vote...

Indhuke education neglect cheyyakoodadhu antaru. Who told you only staff who do election duty can use postal ballots? They too can use it but it's not exclusive to them.
