Depending on where he is coming home, expectations should be easy :) Housing in Boston is expensive AF and quality is also not that exciting.

The Green at 9/90 Apartments (formerly Jefferson Hills) - Desis ekkuva untaru. Decent apartments nothing great.

Natick Green ani inkoka condo complex undi. Relatively cheaper for the area, owner condos.

There are a bunch of newly constructed apartments in Framingham close to the train station but they are freaky expensive due to demand. The Buckley, Modera, Union House, Bancroft Lofts etc. Unless he needs train access the prices at those place do not make sense (to me ).

Budget lo ante kaasta west velladam better. Marlborough, Hudson, Shrewsbury, Worcester etc. Worcester has some really nice neighborhoods and some really bad ones. If going East (Natick, Wellesley, Newton, Brookline, Allston, Boston etc.) is not an option - I would checkout nicer parts of Worcester. Worcester has some action n, not as much as Boston.

Manodu room lo undi , mandu biryani cricket batch aithe Staples pakkane edo okati teesuko manu. Malli gas and time waste.
