I need to go back to 2019 elections bro for this. No one has experienced his rule so every one thought lets give him power, the other thing is Ruling party was over confident and did not considered as threat, During Pada yatraa he  and his family (mother and sister) promised every segment of society that they will take care of their problems. the only thing he took well are welfare schemes. Among them some of them are not needed at all which people has realized that this is just for election gimmick ani. Next he neglected other sections of society like Un Employed Youth, Govt Employees,  Anganwadi workers and widow pensioner who are spouses of Govt employees.  Next is No one thought that he is going to stop Amaravati development and Polavaram Project.  Final nail in coffin was done when there was not action taken by him when his colleagues were caught red handedly (Famous Video Call Guy, Door Delivery MLA and Jeans Lover).  Fast Forward 2024 Opposition parties were aware of the threat.

 

I can relate Jagga as Thano's. When avengers encountered him during first time they underestimated his powers where as Thano's did not & he understood every one power so he handled them accordingly and  defeated avengers wiping out half of the planet and the loved ones of Avengers. During the second encounter Avengers know his strength so they dealt him intelligently, where as Thano's under estimated them as he is not aware of their powers so he got defeated during second encounter. 

the cycle will continue if Pulkha's do the same thing. Roles will be reversed that's all.
