Can INDIA form government

Right now INDIA is at 234 and they need another 38 seats to form government. 

If they can convince CBN, Nitish and Shivsena they will get 35 seats.. ok 3 independent candidates ni they can buy.. Is it possible?

May be offer PM post to CBN, some key posts to Nitish and Shivsena leaders? RaGa as the president of congress can still call shots?
