Already our land in nowluru got an offer of 4 Cr per acre, my dad told me today.. aa land ki plots allocate chesaru commerical and residential.. kaani plots have not been handed over yet just edo map lo chupincharu ante.. but someone was interested in buying the ownership in those developed plots for 4 cr per acre..

After this result it is a done deal that Amaravathi is the capital of Andhra Pradesh, land rates there should touch 6 to 10 Cr per acre in 2 to 3 years

No change in pace of development 

No foreign company will do business in AP after seeing this

you mean in tulluru uncle? I also have 1 acre... kani evaru ravatledu...

Foreign companies don’t need to come, manchi roads, drainage and water facilities veste sqyrd 50k easy gaa potundi ekkadaina. They are giving 1000 yrds residential and 450 yrds commercial. You do the math..

Realistically it should cost similar to a mid size town 

 

You will not see any good living standards like a reasonable city in next 5 years

Ours is Nowluru 2, close to yerrabalem / mangalagiri

But still it is the capital, in 10 years you can expect better infra than a mid sized town. Jubilee hills and kokapet lo acre 100 crs unte ikkada 10 cr anna avvada.. think once

It will happen if you have high end offices, restaurants, malls , hospitals, public parks, five star hotels in one area.

Then a person would go and buy 10 cr land to live there. 

 

Let me know how many years will it take to create such infra and then attract high end people to such place?

Don’t expect that.. Hyderabad is in a different league now, irrespective of governance Hyderabad will keep growing and the prices will keep increasing
