I have gathered almost 20MB data like the maps, master plan..ekkada emi vasthunnayi and etc. The rates are high around north estern side which is towards Vijawada and there is a vast allocation to Singapore Govt which is close to the Krishna River. As per the agreement S'pre Govt develop chesi 48% revenue Govt ki icchettu. After 30 years mottham Govt ki hand over chesettu. Govt provides them only land, water facilties. This project is 160 times bigger than Rajeha park in Hyd. This is prime location. Akkada manam kone plots levu. dhaniki dhaggara lo farmers ki allocate chesina plots unnayi. Avi high prices unnayi.
