ur right baa, oka solution yenti ante , we should also include an option to stating that,

" we don't want to vote for the above candidate or candidates"....then based on that EC aa candidates ni valla list lo  nuchi peekesthundhi and won't let them contest so that new people will come forward , may be if some candidates aa removed list vunna candidate support tho vachina janalu accept cheyaru alanti vallani since they know the power will still be with them though they are not directly elected like Rabri devi elected CM for Bihar instead of Lalu ....so we can elect good candidates
