Believe me, Central Govt special ga freebees ivvalasina avasaram ledhu. There are many central project which are not moving because of state govts inefficiency. TG. AP lo ekkuva unnayi ee problems...like not procuring lands for central govts in timely manner, not providing local approvals etc.. Avi comple chesukoni extra adigi ivvakapothe appudu adagaali.
