No problem for them.  enormous money flooding from elevated stock prices... everyday the wealth is growing by some %.  Poor becomes poor. Equity holders becomes rich.

House prices already peak lo unnay oka 10 to 15% peragochu but because of high interest rates so many other things are getting affeCted like job market, car prices, credit card payments, student loan payments

Interest rates should stay higher for longer. Need house prices close to pre covid level. Many single income families struggling
