All vedas all types of privileges should be made easily available to sc sts bcs. 
I want to see sc/st in the place of Brahmin pujari in temple . Every uppercaste family should invite sc st them to perform puja .. take their blessings . 

god created everyone equally .. 

why you need Brahmin to perform puja ..?
