CBI cases nuvvu cheppina reason correct. ED cases doen't take much time to conclude. Ippati varaku political backup tho delay chesthu unnaaru. RRR, CM Ramesh, PK, Lokesh antha easy ga vadhalaru.  And conviction rate in ED cases is 97% if the trail is completed.

Jaggadi meeda ed casess are not ed initiated they were congress high command initiated. They have simply built a case on what they had. In 2020 an retired ED director wrote an article about how ED is being misused and he specifically mentioned jagan’s cases about how there was no solid case building before they filed the charge sheet and they have simply put together some public info based on high command’s coercion. Initially ED filed the chargesheet for 1000s of crores and after several revisions now they reduced the chargesheet to some 80 crores. It’s a joke of a case. Even if convicted Jagga can appeal and that will take another 5 to 8 years.

Why? there are no permanent enemies or friends in politics. If Congress needs jagga’s support to form the government and if he likes their offer, he’ll take it. Remember how CBN supported Congress in 2019 and now he’s back to BJP in 2024. they become friends overnight on an on-needed basis.

It doesn't matter if they built on other cases or not. There is petetion pending to decide about that in SC. CBI court, HC lo manage chesi ED cases continue cheyyandi, but judgement CBI cases tharuvatha ivvamani cheppaaru. That's stupid judgement. It will not stand in SC.

Yeah none of these cases will stand an appeal in SC..Appeal process in SC itself takes 10 to 15 years

ED cases la conviction rate is 1% and most of these cases are PCA act cases where there was a loss to exchequer…

Idhigo 2022 news. It is from 2022 ED data.

The ED said it is true that a large number of the cases are at various stages of trial and that the pendency of a trial proceeding in a large number of cases is due to multiple litigations invoked by the accused or suspects.

'... of the 32 cases where trial have been completed, (the) accused were convicted for (the) offence of money laundering in 31 cases by the courts,' it said. 'In other words, (the) conviction rate by ED is about 97 per cent.'
