Thiranallu, ooregimpulu jariginapudu chala areas lo ilaage road mida, public places lo bali isthaaru.. for devotional events, gudi mundu isthaaru… I have seen it so many times.. living in a village during childhood, it was traumatic as a child to see these things but this is how it was.. 

I am also surprised to see this now.. I hoped these practices are no longer in place..
