Did any one go through this process during driving license extension? How long did it take and is there a way to expedite that verification? Thanks.

Yes, We have to go through this process for my wife SSN after getting GC. After getting GC, we want to remove the "Valid for work only" condition on the card and for that they will verify in their system if we are not a non-immigrant or not. They couldn't verify it in their system and told us that they have to submit our GC copy in SAVE for verification. It took around 4-5 months for us to verify. It has to be verified by USCIS and they are very slow.

That usually very quick and it happens instantly. But sometimes, it may take a few days. They will submit the details in the SAVE system and usually wait for few days...
