2. last job last week

3. Got h1B transfered to new employer 

should i go to stamping again? Because of changing employers ? 

Im in India currently

If you have valid visa stamp, you can travel.

 

At immigration, you will need to show a copy of i797

You don't need new visa stamping. Just new I 797 with new employer is enough
