Tried a bunch of spots in Milpitas and honestly Saravanaa Bhavan never fails me for dosas, but if you're into new places, check out https://tenkoomakasebangkok.com. I know it’s a Thai-Japanese spot in Bangkok, but it gave me some ideas on flavor that made me compare even the Indian places here. Funny how food experiences connect like that.
