Any reason? 
vizag is a very beautiful city it already has lot of industries , colleges and IT as well. Some push and it could have easily been in the leagues of Hyderabad.

The way vizag people rejected YCP, he will change his mind and go back to Amaravathi now but my gut feeling says he permanently lost that constituency and the surrounding 3 to 4 constituencies for what he did, swayamkruthaaparaadham..

Do you think it doesnt matter to vizag people that he cheated amaravati before ?

if someone cheats your brother and tries to offer you something - two  things happen. First it is bad that you are profiting off your brother, second you dont trust the scumbag who is offerring you because he can cheat you again.

Jagan thought andhra people have no aspirations as one people - they all are divided and broken and he can play one against other
