take it. If you are pulka don't even hesitate.. we hardly have planned cities in India, and amaravati will be game changing after getting operational.. you will not regret.

short term lo konchem prices stable ga untay, But long term lo no way. Prices in Hyderabad are still way lower compared to other metro's like Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai

60K never happened...max it went is for 45K...and that too not all plots are 45K...we are talking about 33K acres here...and I don't i can ever buy in it core capital near time...i am a bargain hunter and there is no way i can find a deal if there is a mad rush...i have been acquiring outside the core since last 8 years but they all are just 15-20 mins away from core capital
