During TG Agitation between 2009-2014 hyderabad lo prices increase avvale. So it is obvious that the prices will go up once a stable govt forms which happened post 2014 and the prices went up. and after 2019 because of amaravathi the prices went up further. so hyd lo pakka increase avtay but not likee 2019-2024 scenerio but more lik 2014-2019 scenerio
