also don’t spend too much on capital… let it grow with private partnership

and

pool all that money to develop infra across the state

sanitation and drianage

sports and recreation infra 

cold storages for farmers 

public transport 

Public schools and hospitals both infra and faculty 

bustands

 

irrigation projects, check dams 

lakes ponds and rivers 

this will introduce better standards of living to people across the state and from there on they will get attached to it

He is developing it. But stopping everything for this is not worth it. Will a company ask employees to come to office or work from a place with high speed internet - or - do you expect the compnay to build a high speed internet line to every village house the employee lives in ?

these are pipedreams. to achieve that state - first huge cities and wealth are needed.
