He could have used Amaravathi to increase valuation of government lands and leverage it for investments and loans. Praja vedika is not destroyed because it belongs to some else...veedu edo pathith laga adi river bed meeda undi...river bed meeda as per act edi undadkudadu ...so we start with demolishing this annadu....expect Praja Vedika he didn't eve touch anything else since then

Not just Mangalagiri constituency, analysis says that he lost 3 to 4% vote bank because of a lot of youth felt bad about the fact that even after 10 years of state division there is not capital for the state and even the one capital that they tried to build, he tried to destroy it. Amaravathi ni touch cheyyakunda undi unte easy gaa 39% nundi 43 to 44% ki vachi unde vaadu.
