Is it ? Just check out projects completed in 2004-09 . Airport , orr , iit , mindspace etc . All these were started and completed by congress only .  Fab city has companies like renewsys and micromax .

Much of the industrial infra - bdl , midhani , hal , bhel , drdo , ecil , idpl came under kasu brahmananda reddy .

This time , regional ring road , metro phase 2 , neopolis , AI city will come .
