Based on your position in project they will pull you in to calls with clients to discuss requirements and create specific epics or create design to the given requirements. Architects basic ga HLD chestaru and low level design ki lead developers tho calls join avtaru.

Post LLD, they discuss this in sprint plan. Some times architects act as product owners too. Emina critical bug or prod issues vasthe first architect ke vastai mails.

They ask more system design related questions in interview.

depends on what company you are working. i see solution architects - who solution without actually implementing things. there are people who are more like product owners. ala kakundaa - there are roles where you implement poc's, actual implementation and are expected to code, setting standards  and  mentoring people on best practises.
