Calling IdiBezawada and other Amaravathi real experts

Nowluru Land pooling plot, 500 yards 35000 per sqyrd quoting. The seller also has a 250 SqYrd commercial plot quoting 50,000 per SqYrd. Is it worth it? 
 

agent is saying prices will double in 1 to 2 years as in prime areas in and around Vijaywada you can’t find anything for less than 1 Lakh per SqYrd.

so which one are you interested? residential or commercial? forget about broker sollu...its may double or triple but its just a prediction...may things should work in favor for the prediction to happen....think in 5-10 year increments...if its doubling in 2 year....will it be 8-10X in 10 years?...bcoz you cant time the sale

I am looking at the 500 sqyrd residential plot. I want to buy in the Lps area not outside of the lps where the development is unplanned. most of our lands and my purchases are in lps villages only so far.

how far its from the new bypass or NH16? what's your future plan as it being a bigger plot?...your target no of buyers will be high if its a smaller plot i.e. around 150-200 sq yrds

It is in the nawluru lps layout very close to all government buildings and seed access road. Future plan is to hold and sell after 3 to 5 years for at least twice the price. We already have a big ancestral home in one of the amaravathi villages, so no need to build another house in these 500 sqyrds

Just wait.. farmers and investors baaga akali ga vunnaru..last 5 years em leka.. short term flipping ayithe konukko.. you can flip it 5-10K per Sq Ft profit but for long-term just wait.. suggestion only..
