Is it worth it? agent is saying prices will double in 1 to 2 years as in prime areas in and around Vijaywada you can’t find anything for less than 1 Lakh per SqYrd. Quote

I want to buy in the Lps area not outside of the lps where the development is unplanned. most of our lands and my purchases are in lps villages only so far. Quote

Future plan is to hold and sell after 3 to 5 years for at least twice the price. We already have a big ancestral home in one of the amaravathi villages, so no need to build another house in these 500 sqyrds Quote
