agent is saying prices will double in 1 to 2 years as in prime areas in and around Vijaywada you can’t find anything for less than 1 Lakh per SqYrd. 

50,000 ekkada man? Plot number unte ivvaraadhu. Exact plot number ivvanavasam ledhu, aa dhaggaralo unnadhi isthe chaalu. If both commercial and residential are at the same location..price difference oka 5K untundhi.
