Never! It's impossible to wash out TDP.TDP has great ground level workers and great financial support.

Seperate Telangana would have been a greater problem to YSR if he is alive.

Key is to retain the 40% vote share from current elections. Then win back employees, lost cadre, and anti incumbency vote. Not an easy task to face JS+TDP+BJP alliance again.
