Apparently he was in YCP since Krishna was traditionally closer to Congress. But he had issues over this, and joined TDP since... Reportedly Jagan tortured both him and Galla Jayadhev in their family.

True.. he donated palace land expecting RS seat may be but thing went south and when they asked for settlement he is denied access/treated badly eventually he moved to TDP..

this is the huge difference bw YSR and Mavayya.. and main reason for debacle and many elite ppl deserting him.
