I think this is Jagan’s plan to avoid going to jail… if he starts padayatra, he will ask the court permission from attending the court cases and the court will deny as it is not a valid reason.. he will be arrested and sent to jail as he refuses to attend the court.. 

Jagan can claim himself as a victim, blame CBN, PK and opposition, go to jail… aa time lo different reasons tho poyinolla andari list prepare chesi jail nunchi vachaka odarpu yatra chesthaadu.. vallu kuda evo dabbulu vastunnayi kada ani they will play along…
