Yea I am aware of that. But nenu anedi different, outside USA not worked and ikkada kooda not managers. They provide enough documentation to prove that they are a critical resource. The documentation they provided and the duties they mentioned are very common to any IT senior or mid level person.

What you all are talking about is EB1 C, not EB1 A. EB1a is extra ordinary ability, eb1c is multi national executives.

Some people are doing judges for hackathons,  some people in pharma world during covid(some Tech folks took advantage ) like we contributed  etc etc 

This administration lo try cheyadam tappu ledu as they are very lenient if you are working on some sciences project etc
