I won't buy EV until the charging time decreases to less than 5 mins and external conditions does not effect the range.

until then i will buy hybrids or PHEV

How long it will take? The battery charging has been no significant improvement since past 2 decades.  Only bet is battery swapping technology which needs huge infrastructure. Uncle sam has no money.. already at bankrupt.
