ma company lo they installed a monitoring software which runs in background on every laptop, it takes screenshots every few sec and sends to the server

server will use AI and analyze and alert our monitering team, anumanam vasthe , they will put special focus on certain laptops, collect evidence and then report to HR, HR will informa manager and suddenly they will fire without notice, it happened for few people recently.

 

I think microsoft is also releasing similar feature called "recall" inbuilt to the OS level for AI recommendations
