Spam in afdb? Funstuff topic and other

I have been seeing 2 types of spam in this db lately:

1. Funstuff topic lo antha spam mostly some bot spamming at midnight times ...how to hide this topic in unread content?

2. Telugumopuku edo mari oorike eh topic click chesina new tab lo open aithundi ..is this some ad/spam or dB owner(s) new business like greatandhra and gulte?
