Investment property bayya .... Dawnsonville is too far for renting... I want to stay close to GA400 with 3 lanes on each side. Acworth and other areas you mentioned are good but I already have 2 properties in cartersville which is next to Acworth. Also, I want to invest in the north where there is growth. I did not find any SFH for $380K in cummings area close to the highways.

Investing ki fine anna.. but maintenance expenses kuda count chesuko for that old property.
