Bro nadhi 60 ft lot.

Pros:

60 ft lot you will have big space between yours and your neighbors home. little bit privacy. and its looks good.

Cons:

bigger the lot high maintaince like lawn mowing  and high property tax.

Initial days lo felt happy that my lot is very big and very big gap between my home and neighbors but lawn mowing chestunte telustundhi asal pain. if you can hire some for lawn mowing then no issue.

50 ft lots aiethe mari home very close ga vuntai anipistundhi

too much vayya nuvvu ... edo 1 acre or 2 acre lot vunntatu chepptunnav .. 60 ft lot ki lawn entha vastadi .. malla lawn mow chesdi 2 weeks okasari ... 5 mins for back yard and 5 mins for front yard .. total time 10 mins for every 2 weeks .. and that is for 6 months...  November to march you don't even do anything .

60 foot with mid level builder ( like pulte ) ((700K)
OR 50 foot with premium builder ( highland homes, toll brothers) (700K) ?

which option is better ? Please suggest

go with 60. hall and kitchen look lo chala difference vasthundi. konni rooms maree compact ga anipinchav.

you will regret later about 50.

distance between houses does not differ much. esnure that house dimension are actually around 50 in a 60 ft lot

Without doubt, 50ft home with good builder(Toll or Highland).

Some people say that the builders are like Project Managers, they hire contractors/trades to get job done. Meaning, Toll aina verey builder aina, they use similar contracting companies kaani that is not totally true.

I have seen drastic quality difference, materials/options used. Some Low tier builders aithe emanna adigina that is upgrade antaru or will say we meet code the feature you asked is recommended but not mandatory

Texas lo yard is mostly waste man, goddu chakiri cheyali to maintain it well or you have to spend a good amount every month if you outsource it to someone

oka 100$ neevi kavu every month ante, it will be easy peasy and you can enjoy your big backyard with out much effort

also,  home direction batti kooda untundi

East facing homes ki backyard ki evening konduntundi full ga, so kids can not play

West facing aither better enjoy cheyaniki

In terms of 50 ft vs 60 ft lot, I would actually look at the plan, do you like the plan? plan nachaka pothe 50 aithe enti 60 aithe enti, lite

choose something you are comfortable living in and something you can afford
