Bringing Kid from India with In laws

Can we bring a 2 year old kid to usa with in-laws and with his uncle? What type of documentations need to be carried with them. Any issues? Throw your inputs pls. Thanks

Parental authorization letter to allow kid to usa include your in laws names. Attach copies of your passport
