H4 visa rejection

Hi went for H4 interview and got 221g and asked to submit husband’s valid visa copy. My husband’s visa expired 5yrs back. Anyone had same issue please help how can I proceed further.

Husband in us on h1

spouse went to India and has to get visa stamped to re enter us.

These cases are increasing day by day.

not sure what’s the point in asking for h1 valid visa when a primary applicant hasn’t stepped out of us.

221g ni rejection annaru submit documents and wait for approival

Some said..husbands stamping aytake icharu ani. Some got approved with valid i797. So technically h4 stamping is difficult if husband visa is past expiry

Valid i797 of their spouse carry chesthe shall be fine kada

My friend had similar issue, H4 stamping is done for wife but issued 221g for kid asking for beneficiary visa. He is now planning to travel

husband ki 797 approval and payslips unte easy. no job aithe kastam
