We had same issue for h4 stamping this May at Hyderabad consulate . issued 221g kept the passport with them and asked for H1visa copy,H4 interview was on May 1st and H1 interview was on May 6th. After H1b approval then submitted visa copy to email provided in the 221g then h4 visa approved in 1 week.

But your case is H1 is in US and expired stamping with valid i797 .  This is unfortunate situation take attorney advice and proceed

It is hit or miss. Husband has to go for stamping.

Wrong statement. He is just a loud mouth. Its all upto USCIS. They have certain thresholds based on which they decide if they want to approve more or reject more in a particular year.

Lot more rejections happened during democrat govt's. Tata ki publicity pitchi ekkuva ,,, anni nene chesa antadu ...

As we all know case to case varies. Couple of questions anthey issued visa. It is better give alternate plan to your employer if I get stuck I need to work from India for couple of months ani cheppi pettuko employer ki , stuck aitey evaru em cheyaleru
