hyderabad lo ippudalla taggavu ani naa opinion...inkaa peragochhu...

no cyclones...less sesimic activity zone, center to the country, mixed culture, mixed linguistic, secularistic..etc are advantages for hyderabad...it will attract more industries in future...if there is a stable govt which can solve the small issues...rain water drainage, electricity issues..etc lantivi solve cheste...chaalu..

other metro cities have their own disadvantages...which is irreparable...specially bangalore...etc

Yeah brou. Bangalore lo already water crisis severe ayindhi. In case Hyderabad lo high-rises, vertical development continue chesthe same situation osthadhi Hyd lo. Govts strict rules implement cheyakapothe city gone case, party funding company ani, govt lo main minister ani istham vachinattu chesthe suffer ayyedhi public. My Home, Aparna, Rajapushpa, Jayabheri motham high rises. 30+ floors. Housing community ki 100 feet road untadha ante,40, 50 feet road kuda kasthame, asalu weekend lo moosapet to Kukatpally to JNTU lo it fews hours antunnaru.

10 to 15km away from Core capital city. akkada kuda same or little bit more prices chepthunnaru. But CRDA surrounding areas lo already developed residential areas better ani try chesam. Thelisina valla dwara leads try chesi, aa areas video call lo chusa.

Ikkada okadu thappu, inkokadu oppu ani ledhu, its all about supply and demand. But..kone mundhu proper analysis chesi konadam better.

tadikondalo max 20k..i wouldnt buy it for 20k..40k is biscut rate

your approach is right…you will be able to get in kaza between 18-25k in an approved layout or in tadepalli for around 30k
