Rock mortgage is quick and fast la untundi (never used it though). 

in my opnion DCU will be the best

DCU approval process nadustundi but Rocket gaadu approved it. I heard Rocket gaadu closing time lo games aadutaadu ani vinna.

DCU is good. they dont over charge you for stuff like documentation or surveys.  you dont end up paying a lot in other fees.

but.i dont think DCU will change apr once locked. many companies allow a one time change. so shop around

I also suggest better.com entire online you can see points anni you can at least compare all the rates and go , loan estimate will be generated on the fly for different points scenarios

Yaa builder only gives through their preferred lender tappadu but their fee are high kani emi cheyalemu,

Based on my expierence recent friends took,  builder lender thine veltamu bro koncham diff vastadi but at least avi closing and emina migilithe points / buydown ki vadpchu
