According to ved vyas mahabharatha. After shiva and krishna arjuna was 3rd greatest warrior in archery and he can use both hands.

come on man, arjuna is the greatest warrior in Mahabharata.. he won all the kauravas, including bhishma, drona, karna single handedly in Virataparva, having uttara kumara as charioteer.. he won against karna in draupadi swayamvara.. leave about arjuna, bhima himself made karna run away multiple times from war in kurukshetra.. 

arjuna never lost to anyone literally.. it is his skill which he gained through sheer hardwork & dedication..

TV serials create sympathy stars like karna just for connectivity ..
