You only pointed out one side of the story......There is also another side of the story where andhra people get teased when they speak in Andhra accent in Hyd........... "Entra edava eppudu vachav raa" like that.

I'm born in Vizag but I have strong Telangana accent because I'm brought up in Hyderabad since I'm 3 yrs old.......... Many of my friends 80% of them are telangana............. even today don't know that I'm from coastal Andhra region...

I never felt bad when they made fun or tease some andhra accent............ I enjoyed when they talk like that........ I think it depends on person and the kind of sense of humor that a person will have to bare these small issues.......  sHa_high5ing sHa_high5ing

I did not know the origin of godavari , akkada dist names godavari kabbati i thought valla chinna river godavari emo anukunna,,,,,, thanks to my cbse education which doesnt highlight our state and our language
i make lot of mistakes in telugu as we don't have telugu lang in our syllabus , i can only read and talk thanks to chandamama book's ,,,, so my knowledge about our state is very less , but  i took interest and started to understand recently
