Any body have about Starting a consultancy in US? Need some real help in the process- Sincere Request..

Some might think this was a joke but I was really interested in that and also i need to do it in a really different way..dont even know the basics. I know some of you were in that field ..need some good input ..thanks in advance...

advance soft ante chicago lodi kada???I have heard of that..but I dont want any conections baaa..endukuante I was trying to change the systen ..Once if I go their way they will change me ...I dont want to do that..anyway thanks for the info ..
