US motham oke rule emi ledhu...each HOA has its own bylaws and these are created, implemented and can be modified by its residents if they wish.

Most of HOA's will not allow it..Unless its President is a Desi..

Most of the HOA’s won’t allow… almost all desis who are renting their basement or room wont inform HOA…. legal ga ayuthe counth approval and rent ni income lo choopinchali…
