Hello DB Frnz,

I have one question , house inspection lo Konni general issues chepparu , which are not major issues. Structural issues , walls all are fine.
So my question is should we force builder to fix all reported issues by home inspector or can we negotiate in price ?
What options we have ??

Note : Home inspector is very qualified guy doing from 31 years.

One year lopu fix chestharu..

usually it is recommended to get inspection on 11th month after buying and submitting a report to builder and they will fix one after the other.

Thanks @Aquaman ,  will surely do that.
Will there be any issue in having delay in closing or if they can't fix the issues , can we back out at this point ?

Can we get earnest money back in this case ??

TIA

4 stages untayi

1. Concrete
2.Structural
3.Floring
4. Final CLosing

Ani teskunte better so right from punadhi issues fix cheskovachu.... Structural enduku anochu... termites ki oka mesh untundhi sarigga install cheyyakapothe wood motham tinestundhi... it can happen even before 5-7 years also..

Builders rate re negotiate cheyyaru kani... they would fix most of them.... you do research based on report from inspector and understand what it means... call chesi adugu taravatha aina.... and he should give you bestopinion in your interests....

Only if you have inspection contingency in the contract… or else you are stuck.

You can’t, unless you have a qualified contingency in the contract

it all be in your contract .. read it ..see what it says.. no issues in delaying..

have a good realtor or attorney read the contract

if you have good realtor they will represent and talk to builder on behalf of you
