Very true. The thing that's holding back India is its diversity, caste and dirty politics. Its easy to take advantage of us. Britishers and other invaders proved that. Politicians continuing that.  

I don't know why we cant respect all caste's. Every caste people have their own traits. Both good and bad. I do not understand the need to own their caste politicians, film stars, etc.
