I've been seeing the same thing. A lot of houses in my area have been on the market longer than usual, and I've noticed a few price cuts too. If you're not in a hurry, it might be a good time to snag a deal. I'm keeping an eye out myself.

It will be interesting to see how buyers would react to a rate cut and a dip in mortgage rates ..

At some point they have to do kada ... Its a what if scenario .. Have to see how it will impact housing market. Will buyers be back? Or the market still falls. I think market is more dependent on recession and Job market than mortgage rates.
