First things first . It exports of Hyderabad were 5000 crore in 2003-04 and increased to 32000 crore in 2008-09 .

rgia airport started concession agreement , construction in 2005 and inaugurated in 2008 . Orr started construction in 2006 and opened in 2008 . Pvnr flyover was established in 2009 .

raheja mindspace opened in 2008 after four years of construction and Inorbit and gvk malls in 2009 . Wipro Gachibowli and oracle opened in 2005 .

Uppal stadium opened in 2005 . IIT in 2008 .

During brahmananda reddy time , bhel , ecil , hal , drdo , BDL , idpl , ordnance factories came up .

In ap , gangavaram and krishnapatnam ports opened in 2009 and 2008 . Sri city 2008 , 2006 - achutapuram sez .

Before 2004 , isb and IIIT, microsoft , cyber towers , infosys and cognizant materialised.  This led to initial foundation for it growth . Tank bund area was developed .

Post 2014 , knowledge city ,IKEA and my home bhooja area came up . American consulate , Amazon etc made investment in nanakramguda. 

Secretariat, martyrs memorial etc . were completed . 

Now , we can expect neopolis and kokapet to develop . There is a highrise boom in nanakramguda and kokapet . Regional ring road and companies like foxconn near airport will drive growth .
